We do not accept returns for:

Clearance or final sale items (unless defective)
3. How to Request a Return

A description of the issue
Photos or videos of the product (if applicable)
Our team will review your request and provide return instructions within 1–2 working days.
4. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
5. Shipping Costs
If the return is due to a defect or error on our part, ChicSuri will cover return shipping.
If returning for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
6. Exchange Option
