Refund and Returns Policy

At Chicsuri, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we offer a clear and straightforward Refund and Returns Policy to make your experience as smooth as possible.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and Unworn: The item must be in new, unused, and unworn condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Return Window: You can return items within 30 days from the date you receive your order.
  • Non-Final Sale: Items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” (e.g., sale items, personalized items) cannot be returned.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To return an item, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at info@chicsuri.com or call us at (907) 789-9418 to notify us of your return. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  2. Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions. Please ensure the RA number is included in your return package.

  3. Ship the Item: Carefully package the item(s) and ship them back to the address provided by our customer service team. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item sent).

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

  • Full Refund: You will receive a full refund for the item(s) if they meet the return criteria mentioned above.
  • Partial Refund: If the item is returned in a condition that is not eligible for a full refund (e.g., damaged or missing parts), a partial refund may be issued.

4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the item and place a new order. We recommend contacting us to check availability before placing a new order.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Final sale items: These items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
  • Personalized items: Any custom or personalized items cannot be returned or refunded unless damaged or defective.
  • Gift Cards: These are not eligible for returns or refunds.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@chicsuri.com with your order number and photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a return and provide you with a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost.

7. Return Shipping Costs

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged items).
  • Original Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund if you return part of your order.

8. International Returns

For international returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs and any customs duties or taxes that may apply. Please contact our customer service team for guidance on international returns.
