1. Eligibility for Return

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your item if:

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized repairs

  • Products with missing accessories or original packaging

  • Clearance or final sale items (unless defective)


3. How to Request a Return

  • Your full name and order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos or videos of the product (if applicable)

Our team will review your request and provide return instructions within 1–2 working days.


4. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.


5. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a defect or error on our part, ChicSuri will cover return shipping.

  • If returning for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.


6. Exchange Option

If you prefer an exchange rather than a refund, we’ll be happy to assist — based on product availability.
