In the rare case an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you immediately and offer an alternative or full refund.

2. Pricing

  • All prices are listed in Vietnamese Dong (VND) and include VAT (if applicable).

  • Prices may change without prior notice but will not affect confirmed orders.

  • Promotional offers are valid only during the stated period and cannot be combined unless specified.

  • Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
