  • International Shipping:
    We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Delivery times and shipping fees for international orders will vary depending on the destination. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply upon arrival in the destination country.

    • International Shipping: Estimated delivery time of 7-14 business days (depending on location).
    • Shipping fees for international orders will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
  • Free Shipping:
    From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions for qualifying orders within the U.S. Please check for any active promotions on our website or during checkout.


2. Order Processing Time

  • Processing Time:
    Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-3 business days after payment is successfully authorized. During peak seasons (such as holidays) or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer. If there are any significant delays, we will notify you via email.

  • Order Cutoff:
    Orders placed after 3:00 PM AKST (Alaska Standard Time) may not be processed until the following business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your package through the carrier’s website (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.).

Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to appear after your package has been shipped.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors, your building management, or the carrier for assistance. If you are unable to locate the package, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date so we can investigate further.


7. Refused or Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to a refusal, incorrect address, or failure to claim from the carrier, we will contact you to resolve the issue. If you choose to have the order reshipped, you will be responsible for the additional shipping fees.


8. International Shipping

For international orders, please be aware of the following:

  • Customs and Import Duties:
    Customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of shipping. These charges are determined by the destination country’s customs authorities.

  • Shipping Time:

  • PO Boxes:
