At ChicSuri, we aim to deliver your smart household products quickly, safely, and reliably across Vietnam.

1. Delivery Areas

We ship nationwide within Vietnam, including major cities, towns, and rural areas.
Note: For remote or restricted delivery zones, additional delivery time may apply.

2. Delivery Timeframes

• Ho Chi Minh City: 1–2 working days

• Major Cities (Hanoi, Da Nang, etc.): 2–4 working days

• Other Provinces: 3–6 working days

Orders placed after 4:00 PM or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Shipping Fees

• Free shipping on orders over 500,000 VND

• Flat shipping fee of 30,000–50,000 VND for orders under 500,000 VND (based on delivery location)

• Shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout

4. Order Processing

• Orders are packed and dispatched within 24 hours of confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays)

• You will receive a tracking link via SMS or email once your order is shipped

5. Delivery Methods

We partner with trusted carriers such as GHTK, Viettel Post, and J&T Express to ensure fast and secure delivery.

6. Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, damaged, or lost during shipping, please contact us within 3 days of the expected delivery date.
We will work with the courier to resolve the issue promptly.

7. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available nationwide. Please ensure your contact and delivery details are accurate to avoid delays or failed delivery attempts.
